Your Tasks in Project Management at KION Automation
- Managing automation projects from planning to implementation and commissioning at the customer’s site.
- Coordinating technical requirements with internal teams, external suppliers, and customers, particularly for autonomous transport systems.
- Overseeing budget, timelines, and quality assurance, including contract and risk management.
- Supervising commissioning at the customer’s site, ensuring technical processes run smoothly and optimising workflows.
- Advising and supporting customers throughout the entire project lifecycle, including reporting and quality control.
Your Profile as a Project Manager at KION Automation
- Degree in Engineering, Logistics, or a comparable field.
- Experience in project management, ideally in automation technology or with autonomous transport systems.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to successfully manage cross functional teams.
- Structured and solution oriented approach, even under high responsibility.
- High willingness to travel (approx. 30-50%) and fluency in English.
