STILL's EXV-CB iGo automated counterbalance high-lift truck adds another option to the iGo portfolio for applications requiring cantilever load handling, precision and cost-effective automation. This further demonstrates STILL's commitment to tailoring its automation solutions to meet customer needs.

Cantilever forks for maximum flexibility

Many intralogistics applications present companies with the challenge of implementing flexible goods transfers using vehicle concepts that are as efficient and economical as possible. The EXV-CB iGo was developed to meet these requirements. Its cantilever forks enable it to pick up a wide variety of load carriers and lift loads directly from the floor, making the vehicle highly versatile, regardless of how transfer points are designed. This is made possible by the integrated counterweight and recessed chassis, which ensure high stability. From standard pallets to mesh boxes and special load carriers, the EXV-CB iGo reliably and precisely handles all transfer processes.

Powerful, safe, flexible

This automated counterbalance high lift pallet truck boasts an impressive load capacity of 1,400 kilograms, a storage height of up to 3.8 metres and a maximum speed of 7.2 kilometres per hour. A multi-stage safety system with modern laser scanners and sensors ensures reliable pedestrian protection and high process reliability, even in mixed working environments. The vehicle can be flexibly integrated into existing processes and used in either stand-alone mode or in conjunction with a warehouse management system. And thanks to the standard, integrated VDA 5050 interface, integration into existing systems and connection to other solutions is straightforward and scalable.

Effortless integration thanks to iGo easy

Thanks to STILL iGo easy, commissioning the EXV-CB is quick and easy with plug-and-play technology. The scalable iGo solution grows alongside the customer's requirements, adapting seamlessly from the first steps in automation to larger, networked fleets. STILL thus supports companies in automating their intralogistics processes safely and economically, step by step.
With the EXV-CB iGo, STILL is expanding its comprehensive automation portfolio, offering customers an additional bespoke solution for efficient, future-proof intralogistics processes.
