You will find a QR code on the factory label of our new vehicles. Scan it with your smartphone or tablet to access our STILL Smart Portal directly. There, you can download the full manual in your preferred language as a PDF.
The STILL Smart Portal also provides access to manuals for older vehicle models. Simply visit www.still- smart.com and enter your vehicle's serial number in the search field.
As well as manuals for our vehicles, the STILL Smart Portal features a spare parts catalogue that allows you to quickly and easily order spare parts or accessories for your vehicle.

1. What should I do if I need an operating manual?
You will find a QR code on the serial type plate of your STILL vehicle. Scan this code using a smartphone or tablet to access our web portal. There, you can select your preferred language and download the manual as a PDF file. Alternatively, you can enter the serial number at www.still-smart.com. Manuals for our latest vehicle models can also be found at the bottom of the product pages on our STILL website.
2. Why is STILL switching to digital manuals?
By switching to digital manuals, we are contributing to greater sustainability through reduced paper consumption and lower CO₂ emissions. Digital manuals also offer clear advantages, such as multilingualism, location- independent access, and faster information retrieval through search functions.
3. What is the legal basis for this change?
This change aligns with the new European Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230. This directive stipulates that digital manuals must be provided as standard.
4. Is it possible to obtain the digital manual for an older vehicle?
The STILL Smart Portal provides access to manuals for older vehicles. If there is no QR code on your vehicle's serial type plate, go to www.still-smart.com and enter your vehicle's serial number in the search field. Digital operating manuals are available on our web portal for all STILL vehicle models from 2016 onwards. If you cannot find the manual you are looking for, please contact your STILL service partner, who will be happy to provide it for you.
5. Will I still receive a printed copy of the operating manual?
Of course. If you would prefer a printed copy, please specify this when placing your order. Your sales representative will make a note of this, and you will receive the printed version free of charge. In countries where a printed manual is required by law, it will continue to be supplied as standard. A printed manual will also be included with special vehicle attachments or battery solutions.
6. Are the digital manuals available in different languages?
Yes, to break down language barriers and increase user-friendliness, the digital operating instructions are available in all common languages. There are 26 language versions in total: BG, CS, DA, DE, EL, E, ES, ET, FI, FR, HR, HU, IS, IT, LT, LV, NL, NO, PL, PT, RO, RU, SK, SL, SV, TR
7. How can I change the displayed language?
The default language of your browser is always displayed. Before downloading the operating instructions, you can select the desired language from a drop-down menu.
8. What about older versions of a vehicle model? Can I access earlier editions of the operating manual?
With the operating manuals available online, you will always have the latest version. Our manuals are backwards compatible, which means the current manual can be used for older vehicle models. This simplifies handling and reduces the need for multiple manuals. However, if you require the exact manual from the time your vehicle was delivered, please contact your service partner.
9. What should I do if I have difficulty accessing the digital web portal on my mobile device?

10. Can I access the digital manual on different devices, such as smartphones, tablets and computers?
Yes, both the web portal and the PDF files are optimised for all common devices, so you can access them at any time from any device.
11. How can I access the STILL spare parts catalogue?
To access the STILL spare parts catalogue, please first register on the STILL Smart Portal and follow the instructions. Once you have entered your vehicle's serial number, you will have direct access to the relevant catalogue.
12. Where is the QR code located on the vehicle type plate?
The QR code is printed in the bottom right-hand corner of the vehicle type plate.
13. What should I do if the QR code is damaged?
In this case, you can enter your vehicle's serial number on our web portal, www.still-smart.com, instead.
