The STILL Way & Long Service Awards took place at Thornbury Castle on Wednesday 13th November

“It was a privilege to spend the day with our team members celebrating their loyalty, ranging from 5 to 35 years within our Company.
Chosen by their peers we also honoured the colleagues who delivered an outstanding performance in their respective functions. An outstanding performance not in terms of numbers or KPI’s, this ceremony was about HOW these colleagues performed. They were recognised for their exemplary behaviour and for consistently exceeding the Company’s expectations in delivering our values: Integrity, Collaboration, Courage and Excellence on a daily basis. It was also remarkable to see some of our younger colleagues, both in age and seniority, achieving these prestigious awards so early in their careers with us.
It was a pleasure to also present a most remarkable achievement to Terry Routley for attaining an amazing 35 years of service at STILL UK. His commitment and loyalty to our business is truly an inspiration.
Finally, a special mention goes to Nathan Jeffery, Lead Engineer South West. Nathan consistently demonstrates the highest level of teamwork, collaboration and customer service excellence. His enthusiasm to exceed customer expectations together with his vast knowledge of our STILL products, has positively impacted on the success and growth of the South West and South Coast region. His contribution has been invaluable and was one of the primary reasons for Nathan being awarded the prestigious accolade of STILL UK Engineer of the Year”
