It is heart-warming, particularly in this day and age, to see such established and distinguished careers developing through our Company. Equally, the nomination of our STILL Way award winners recognises those team members, ranging across all functions (Regional Engineer of the Year, Sales Person of the Year and Business Support of the Year) who really embrace our values, demonstrating customer service excellence, with exceptional teamworking and outstanding performance. The great thing is that these nominations are gathered from across the company, which highlights the tremendous peer support for each other. A special mention goes to Ben Graham, who has been awarded the prestigious accolade of STILL UK Engineer of the Year due to his fantastic approach to his team members and our customers.
