STILL publishes Sustainability Report 2024
A holistic view of responsibility towards the future
“Sustainability has always been at the heart of STILL's DNA and our social responsibility, and is therefore a fundamental part of our brand and corporate strategy,” emphasises Dr Florian Heydenreich, Executive Vice President Sales & Service STILL.
In order to ensure maximum transparency on this important topic for the future, STILL regularly publishes key figures, facts and background information on the company's sustainability measures. The latest figures and developments are now documented in the STILL Sustainability Report 2024.
In addition to providing current company-related information on sustainability and an overview of the company's 100-year (sustainability) history, the report offers exciting insights into the world of STILL, covering topics such as circularity, resource management, employee engagement, and inclusive cooperation.

More than circular: STILL Smart Life Cycle Management
However, sustainability is not limited to circularity, because the best resource is one that is not used at all. This is why making efficient use of the entire life cycle of products is an important factor in sustainable business practices. In intralogistics, this means planning a fleet so that all vehicles are utilised to full capacity for as long as possible: Every forklift truck that remains unused in a warehouse or is recycled before the end of its service life consumes valuable materials and resources, placing a strain on the environment and budget.
However, determining how long a forklift truck can be used safely is complex. STILL supports its customers in this regard with STILL Smart Life Cycle Management, which makes it possible to accurately predict the remaining service life of vehicles – a particularly useful feature for leased vehicles. In the case of electric vehicles, the battery is also evaluated.
Maximising the life cycle of vehicles and batteries enables companies to reduce costs and their carbon footprint. This has a positive environmental impact and supports the sustainability goals of STILL customers.
