STILL supports the work of Hanseatic Help e.V. and has provided the Hamburg-based aid organisation with an EXV high-lift truck. The powerful warehouse assistant is a great help at the charity's warehouse in Hamburg Stellingen. The storage and retrieval as well as the organisation of the countless donations in kind, with which Hanseatic Help has been aiding people in need since 2015, pose great challenges for the volunteers on a daily basis. Frank Müller, Senior Vice President Brand Management STILL, personally presented the high lift pallet truck to Hanseatic Help board member Corinna Walter on June 6th.
Every week, the Hamburg-based aid organisation Hanseatic Help distributes around 30,000 items - mainly clothing and hygiene products - to those who need them most. Organising the donations in the warehouses in Altona and Stellingen is a major logistical challenge. Therefore, the committed Hamburg volunteers are now getting powerful support.
“We highly appreciate Hanseatic Help's commitment“
"We highly appreciate Hanseatic Help's commitment," says Frank Müller. "If we, as a Hamburg-based company of tradition, can contribute with our logistics expertise and products to making their work more efficient as well as more comfortable and safer for the people helping, we are very happy to do so."
On 6 June, Frank Müller presented the STILL EXV on behalf of the company to Corinna Walter, member of the Hanseatic Help board.
"There is always a lot to do at our warehouse. Receiving such great support is a major improvement and makes our work easier," Corinna Walter said happily. "It is always wonderful to experience the solidarity in Hamburg. The support from traditional Hamburg companies like STILL is an important pillar of our successful work."
