Smarter, more efficient, more cost-effective: STILL steadily expands its range of warehouse technology
STILL relaunches four warehouse trucks
Hamburg, 19 May 2026 – Precision-fit, highly efficient warehouse equipment for every application: in line with this commitment, STILL is consistently expanding its portfolio to maximise customer benefit, launching four new models. Optimised functions, technologies and safety features, as well as the latest innovations, further enhance the vehicles’ suitability, safety and efficiency. This allows warehouses to be organised in an even more efficient manner in terms of space, time and costs, helping companies to meet the demanding, dynamic requirements of smart warehouse organisation.
With the relaunch and further development of the EXV 14-20 and EXP 14-20 high lift pallet trucks and the EXH 14 and EXH-S 20-25 low lift pallet trucks, STILL is continuing to optimise and expand its portfolio of warehouse technology. The newly launched vehicles will make it even easier for companies to find the most suitable, efficient, sustainable and cost-effective solution for every application. "The industry is characterised by great dynamism. Requirements and circumstances often change rapidly and fundamentally, demanding a high degree of flexibility and adaptability from companies," explains Thies Wilbrandt, product trainer for warehouse technology at STILL. "For us as a manufacturer, this means continuously developing and optimising our solutions and vehicles so that we can always offer our customers the best, most tailored response to their requirements. Alongside hardware adaptations, rapidly evolving technologies also play a key role in this."
Last year, STILL expanded its range of warehouse equipment by updating the EXV 10C–16C and EXD 18C–20C high lift pallet trucks and the EXH-L 16–20 low lift pallet truck, laying the foundations for its customer-focused portfolio for smart warehouse organisation.
Horizontal transport and lorry loading and unloading made easy: The STILL EXH-S 20-25 and EXH 14 low lift pallet trucks
Shortly after the launch of the AXL iGo, the first automated solution for lorry loading and unloading, STILL also presents the manual low lift pallet trucks EXH-S 20-25 and EXH 14, featuring new functions and innovative enhancements.
The new version of the EXH-S 20-25 low lift pallet truck with a stand-on platform has a load capacity of 2,500 kg and a top speed of 14 km/h. It is a reliable aid for challenging tasks and long transport distances. The innovative STILL Easy Drive handlebar with an integrated display meets customers' preference for controlling the vehicle with the familiar tiller steering. The SafetyLight integrated into the chassis, the optional mechanical platform suspension Plus and the smart foot sensor also ensure greater safety and comfort. The latter can be configured so that the vehicle only moves when the driver’s feet are within the vehicle’s outline or so that only creep mode is possible while a foot is within the sensor's field of vision.
To ensure optimal use of the vehicle throughout its entire lifecycle, the EXH-S 20-25 can be easily integrated into the STILL Smart Portal fleet management tool.
For lighter applications over short distances, the new EXH 14 pedestrian low lift pallet truck is the perfect choice. This particularly manoeuvrable truck effortlessly moves up to 1,400 kg in horizontal transport and can be navigated with ease in the tightest of spaces, even with the tiller extended. Its compact dimensions also make it a particularly flexible warehouse assistant, as it can not only manoeuvre precisely inside a lorry but can even be transported in a lorry’s cargo compartment.
Fast and safe storage – even in tight spaces: The STILL EXV 14-20 and EXP 14-20 high lift pallet trucks
The upgraded EXV 14-20 and EXP 14-20 pedestrian high lift pallet trucks make loading and unloading in narrow aisles with high racking flexible and efficient, ensuring ergonomics and safety even over long distances. Both models feature a powerful, low-maintenance motor and a residual load capacity of up to 2,000 kg. The extra-long, ergonomic and responsive STILL tiller with OptiSpeed function takes safety to a new level. It maintains a safe distance between the operator’s feet and the truck at all times and automatically adjusts the travel speed to the tiller angle. In combination with the Curve Speed Control assistance system, the tiller bar ensures the delicate balance between maximum speed on the route and safety when cornering, in narrow aisles, and when starting and braking. The EXV 14-20 was developed for particularly agile manoeuvring in tight spaces with a storage height of up to 6,066 mm, while the EXP 14-20 is the perfect choice for maximum flexibility. Its cantilevered, adjustable forks enable straightforward handling of a wide variety of load carriers, as well as the simple use of attachments via optional hydraulic functions.
All vehicles are fitted with perfectly matched lithium-ion batteries, ensuring reliable availability and flexible charging and interim charging. Customers thus receive a vehicle that is precisely tailored to their individual circumstances and requirements, whilst also benefiting from a forward-looking energy system that effortlessly combines availability, cost-effectiveness and sustainability.
