JUNIOR CIRCLESTILL lays great value on the targeted advancement of new blood. Talented new recruits are offered a particular opportunity in "junior circles" in which they acquire comprehensive technical, methodological and social expertise. The juniors work in a team on demanding projects, are supported in this by managers, and learn and apply entrepreneurial ways of thinking, and methods such as project management, presentation and creativity techniques. 
PERSONNEL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMES FOR YOUNG MANAGERSBefore taking up a management position for the first time a session is held at an assessment centre. During the inception period, new managers are accompanied by their appointed superiors and an officer from the personnel development section. The development phase towards gaining the necessary expertise is also supported by seminars, workshops, accompanying rounds of discussions and exchanges of experience with colleagues.
