With "SmS - STILL moves Students" STILL offers its practical trainees and diploma students a broad accompanying programme that accompanies them for the whole of their time at STILL. Behind it is the desire to give the best start at STILL to our practical trainees and diploma students, giving them a systematic insight into the company and allowing more intensive contacts with employees and projects.

SmS begins right away - before the start of the practical training - providing support during the search for accommodation. Even after the end of the practical training SmS maintains contact with interesting applicants.

AT the heart of "SmS" is the SmS AG, which provides information and impressions of the company. In in formal get-together sessions people get to know each other, exchange experiences and discuss professional prospects. If the participants want them, there are also items on the agenda such as presentation techniques or help with writing the degree dissertation. Much that is discussed comes from the interest and commitment of the students - for example short lectures on the such subjects as contracts of employment, ergonomics and negotiation techniques.
